Location: Remote, Work From Home (US-Based) Compensation: $100,000 Base + Performance Compensation $125k to $250k annually + Equity Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt <h2>About the Role</h2><h2> </h2>Discovered.ai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise &amp; Group Salesperson to drive partnership growth across franchisors, associations, masterminds, coaching groups, and other membership-based organizations. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing partnership channels that introduce Discovered.ai's hiring platform to high-volume communities and generate substantial annual recurring revenue. If you excel at initiating high-level conversations, managing long-cycle partnerships, and driving measurable revenue outcomes, this role offers significant earning potential and long-term equity opportunities. <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h2> </h2><ul><li>Identify, target, and engage franchisor networks, industry associations, coaching organizations, and mastermind groups.</li><li>Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to generate new partnership conversations.</li><li>Lead discovery calls, formal presentations, and partnership proposal development.</li><li>Build and maintain a robust pipeline of 30-40 active partnership opportunities.</li><li>Negotiate partnership agreements with executive-level decision-makers.</li><li>Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives to promote Discovered.ai to partner members.</li><li>Nurture long-term partner relationships to maximize referrals and client acquisition.</li><li>Manage all follow-up, communication cadences, and reporting in HubSpot.</li><li>Collaborate with the CEO on partnership strategy, agreement terms, and program development.</li><li>Meet or exceed revenue and partnership acquisition goals.</li></ul><h2>What Success Looks Like</h2><h2> </h2><ul><li>50-75+ outreach activities per day</li><li>5-8 qualified partner meetings booked weekly</li><li>2 new partnership agreements closed monthly</li><li>10 total partnership groups secured annually</li><li>Each group generating 50+ new Discovered.ai clients</li><li>$2M in new ARR generated per year through partnerships</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><h2> </h2><ul><li>Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or channel sales</li><li>Experience working with franchisors, associations, coaching groups, or membership communities preferred</li><li>Strong executive communication and presentation skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and complex relationships</li><li>High outbound activity discipline and strong pipeline management</li><li>Experience using HubSpot or similar CRMs</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as G Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Reply.io, ZoomInfo, Slack, and Zoom</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities</li><li>Results-driven mindset with a commitment to consistent follow-through</li></ul><h2>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h2><h2> </h2><ul><li>$100,000 Base Salary</li><li class="ql-indent-1">$125,000 Annual Incentive Compensation per $1M in ARR generated Paid monthly </li><li class="ql-indent-1">5% Equity Grant 1-year eligibility</li><li class="ql-indent-1">5-year vesting schedule</li><li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Remote work flexibility</li><li>Career growth opportunities within a high-performance team</li></ul><h2>About Discovered.ai</h2><h2> </h2>Discovered.ai provides a next-generation hiring automation platform designed to help companies attract, evaluate, and hire top talent faster and more effectively.
