<p><strong>Help clients hire better people faster</strong></p><p><br></p><p>At Discovered, we help growing companies improve the quality of their hires and reduce time to fill through better hiring systems, software, and support. We are looking for a <strong>Client Success Specialist</strong> who can deliver an exceptional client experience while also bringing real-world knowledge of the <strong>recruiting and hiring process</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>This is not a generic customer support role. We need someone who understands how hiring works in the real world -- someone who has recruiting experience and can confidently help clients solve both platform questions and hiring-process challenges.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>To be clear this is not a recruiter position. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>However we REQUIRE recent experience as a recruiter. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Agency recruiting with diverse recruiting experience is preferred over in house recruiters </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required: C2 Proficient / Near-native "Perfect non-native" level; very close to native</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>This is a remote / Work From Home/ WFH Position </strong></p><p><br></p><h2>What You'll Do</h2><h2><br></h2><ul><li>Support clients by email, phone, and Zoom with fast, thoughtful, solution-oriented communication</li><li>Help clients use our platform effectively to improve hiring outcomes</li><li>Troubleshoot client issues and provide clear step-by-step guidance</li><li>Lead onboarding and re-onboarding conversations with clients and users</li><li>Create follow-up emails, Loom videos, and helpful resource recommendations</li><li>Manage client requests, notes, and ticket workflows in HubSpot</li><li>Identify common client issues, bugs, training gaps, and feature requests</li><li>Support renewals, quarterly check-ins, and overall client satisfaction</li><li>Help clients apply hiring best practices, not just software settings</li></ul><h2>What We're Looking For</h2><h2><br></h2><ul><li><strong>Required: recruiting or talent acquisition experience</strong></li><li><strong>Required: C2 Proficient / Near-native "Perfect non-native" level; very close to native</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of the hiring process, including screening, interview workflows, candidate experience, and hiring best practices</li><li>Experience in client success, account management, recruiting operations, support, or another client-facing role</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to explain complex ideas in simple, practical terms</li><li>Highly organized with strong follow-through</li><li>Comfortable using technology, CRMs, and AI tools</li><li>Able to balance urgency, empathy, and problem-solving</li></ul><h2>Why This Role Matters</h2><h2><br></h2><p>Your work will directly impact how well our clients hire.
