Our first mission for the Sales Development Representative SDR:
We're now expanding into franchise and association partnerships and need a sharp, self-managed Sales Development Representative (SDR) to open doors and set qualified meetings with decision makers.
In project #2 you will be doing direct outreach to Dental Practice and MSP firm owners promoting our Fractional Recruiting Services
What You'll Do
Your entire focus: get us qualified meetings with leaders of franchise groups and industry associations.
We'll handle the data, tech stack, and marketing content. You handle outreach, conversations, and follow-through.
Daily Actions
- Run structured outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls, light SMS) to assigned contact lists.
- Personalize outreach based on the franchise or association's industry and current hiring challenges.
- Use provided templates, edit them as needed for tone and accuracy.
- Confirm and book meetings directly on the CEO's or AE's calendar.
- Log every activity, contact, and outcome in CRM within 24 hours.
- Review weekly performance metrics with CEO to tune the message and improve conversions.
Performance Goals (First 60 Days)
You'll know exactly what success looks like here. We track simple, transparent metrics that reward consistency and results:
- Outreach Volume: 200-400 new contacts per week
- Qualified Replies: At least 5% of contacts engaged
- Booked Meetings: 8-10 per week with target prospects
- Show Rate: 80% or better attendance for booked meetings
- CRM Accuracy: 100% of activities logged within 24 hours
- Appointment Quality: 70% or more of meetings with true franchise or association decision-makers or Sales Accepted Leads

You'll Succeed If You
- Write like you talk -- short, confident, respectful.
- Have 1-2 years in outbound SDR, BDR, or partnership lead generation (SaaS or B2B services).
- Are comfortable talking to executives.
- Thrive on hitting clear weekly targets.
- Keep your pipeline organized without being asked.
- Want to learn directly from the CEO and see how big partnership deals are built.

Compensation
- Base $70,000 + $100 commission per booked and attended qualified meeting after the first 10 booked appointments per month.
- Performance bonuses for exceeding KPIs. $5k per month for achieving over 50 Sales Accepted Calls with SQL's
