Channel Sales & Partner Manager
Location: Remote, Work From Home (US-Based)
Compensation: $100,000 Base + Performance Compensation $125k to $250k annually + Equity

About the Role
Discovered.ai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise & Group Salesperson to drive partnership growth across franchisors, associations, masterminds, coaching groups, and other membership-based organizations. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing partnership channels that introduce Discovered.ai's hiring platform to high-volume communities and generate substantial annual recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage franchisor networks, industry associations, coaching organizations, and mastermind groups.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to generate new partnership conversations.
- Lead discovery calls, formal presentations, and partnership proposal development.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of 30-40 active partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements with executive-level decision-makers.
- Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives to promote Discovered.ai to partner members.
- Nurture long-term partner relationships to maximize referrals and client acquisition.
- Manage all follow-up, communication cadences, and reporting in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the CEO on partnership strategy, agreement terms, and program development.
- Meet or exceed revenue and partnership acquisition goals.
What Success Looks Like
- 50-75+ outreach activities per day
- 5-8 qualified partner meetings booked weekly
- 2 new partnership agreements closed monthly
- 10 total partnership groups secured annually
- Each group generating 50+ new Discovered.ai clients
- $2M in new ARR generated per year through partnerships
Qualifications
- Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or channel sales
- Experience working with franchisors, associations, coaching groups, or membership communities preferred
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and complex relationships
- High outbound activity discipline and strong pipeline management
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Familiarity with tools such as G Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Reply.io, ZoomInfo, Slack, and Zoom
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to consistent follow-through
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000 Base Salary
- $125,000 Annual Incentive Compensation per $1M in ARR generated Paid monthly
